Ease of making appointment, changing appointments. Brian at tire choice was exceptional to work with. He detailed everything that was wrong with the car and kept me informed of everything that was being done! He was very easy to talk to also!!

Extremely frustrated with the terrible communication and lack of respect for customers' time at this shop. I called yesterday to make an appointment to get two new front tires put on today at 5:00 PM. To be absolutely sure everything was set, I even called ahead at 4:30 PM today to confirm the tires were in stock, and they assured me they were and told me to come on in. Yet, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was met by a single employee who informed me he was the only person working, that I'd have to leave my car overnight, and it wouldn't even be ready until tomorrow afternoon. What is the point of making an appointment if you can't honor it? And why on earth wasn't I told about this severe staffing shortage when I called just thirty minutes prior? Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time

Went for an inspection. Told me I needed two front new tires (which is no big deal, I figured something would come up but not that) and then when we came to pick it up, the car was DEAD! They left the lights on and drained the battery. On top of that, 2 days later we find out the battery is leaking and had to get it replaced the same week. Probably got busted when they were handling the car. Have never had issues with my vehicle until I took it to this establishment. And now the alternator is acting up and won’t start properly. Would no recommend

Not the worst place for service. But far from great. I've gone here 3 times in the past year or so. Came here basically because there was groupons for an oil change with a tire rotation. 1st experience was good. No issues. 2nd experience we brought my daughter's car and they stripped the drain plug for the oil pan. Then couldn't get it out so I had to take it to Pep Boys and they got it out no problem. The guy behind the desk at Tire Choice signed off on the groupon so I could use it at a later date. Which was a plus. Last experience was not great either. Brought my vehicle in to kill time before i had to pick up my son from the school. There were no other cars in any bays. One guy behind the counter and one guy lounging in the shop. Took the guy in the shop about 15-20 minutes before he went out to pull my car in. No problem changing the oil but did not see him with any tires off the vehicle before it was brought down. Asked the guy behind the counter if the tires were rotated and he said he saw it with 2 of the tires off and sometimes they only rotate 2 based on judgement. If I paid to have my tires rotated I want all the tires rotated. Not a judgement call. On to

Highly recommend! My son was traveling and had exhaust issue on the highway. We chose Tire Choice because they were closest to where it happened and certainly happy they were because their service was excellent. Bryan and Woody were extremely helpful and friendly, provided great service and had in done in a day which got my son traveling back to school quickly after an unexpected event. Thanks!
